Albert A. Carlson was born on March 28, 1946. He was one of six children born to Clarence and Jean Carlson of Invermay, Sask. At an early age Albert went out to work. He eventually obtained employment with Gertz Construction, working on Searle & Pioneer elevators, which led to him working in Kindersley where he met and married Celia (Stewart). They moved to Invermay where they raised five children: Linda (Brian) Weber, Raeanne (Orin) Denomie, Alyssa (Ryan) Halvorson and Michelle Weber (Dylan); Albert Jr., Katelyn and Charlie; Rodney, Clinton (Amber), Cassidy, Courtney and Carlee; Doug (Amanda), Bennett; Ken (Lynn) Chris (Emily), Matt and Chase.
After working 40-plus years with Enge Farms, Justin & Kim, Rachel, Addison; Korwin & Dianna, Hanna and Brielle have become like children and grandchildren to Albert.
Albert was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, and in December of 2007 by Celia, his wife of 40 years.
He leaves to mourn his children; grandchildren; siblings, Jim (Christine) Carlson, Myrtle (Edwin) Bilokraly, Carrie (late Don) Findlay, Connie (Allen) Taylor and Debbie (Chris) Taylor; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and family friends.
