Brittany Marie Nanaqueweitung

December 9, 2023 marks the day we bid farewell to a gentle soul who touched the lives of many. Brittany Marie Nanaqueweitung, lovingly known as Brittany, has left an ever lasting mark on our hearts and will forever be cherished. Raised in Punnichy, she spent her formative years alongside her brother Tyler under the caring guidance of Shirley Nanapay, affectionately addressed as Kokum.

Brittany's early years were filled with joy and passion. It was evident from a young age that she possessed a love for ball and dance, finding happiness in these activities. Though she tended to be quiet and reserved, Brittany's friendly nature always managed to shine through. Her kind and warm demeanor left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

Brittany leaves to mourn her passing, her 3  brothers, Bobby Smoke, Adam Smoke, and Tyler McKenzie;  her Kokum Shirley Nanapay; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

She was predeceased by her mother Shirley Semook; father Mervin Nanaqueweitung; sister Melissa Smoke; and her grandparents Melvin Sabit and Ann Smoke.
