Damon was born on June 4, 2014 to Kayla Jones and Jeremy Hawryluk in the Humboldt District Hospital.

Damon loved to play with and be near his brothers. He loved to go for quad and tractor rides with his mom and dad. He enjoyed searching the yard for frogs and salamanders.

In early January of 2017, Damon was diagnosed with Metachromatic Leukodystrophy. After almost four years of battling Leukodystrophy and all it’s complications, Damon passed away at home with his family beside him on September 10, 2020.

Damon will be lovingly remembered by his mom and dad, Kayla and Jeremy, brothers Hunter and Killian, grandparents Colin and Darcy Jones and Rhonda Hawryluk as well as numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and great grandparents. Damon was predeceased by his grandpa Gordon Hawryluk.
