Delores Mickelson
March 24, 1940 — July 29, 2015
Delores Amelia Mickelson (Dease), passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Newmarket Manor Tisdale Sk after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 24, 1940, in Nora SK, she was the daughter of the late Herman & Alice Dease. She was a strong independent woman who loved to hunt, fish, play softball, broomball, curl, shuffleboard, doing puzzles and playing cards. Her coffee was always on and when anyone stopped by it gave her a chance to reminisce about the past.
Delorse is survived by her children, Marie Prevost (Brian), and Mylo Dease; grandchildren, Larissa Prevost, Jaclyn Miller (Curtis), Adam Prevost (Amanda), Krysta Dease (Austin); great-grandchildren, Jase & Brooklyn Miller, Teigan, Landon & Owen Prevost; sisters, Doreen Kirchner, Marlene Morrissey (Larry), brothers, Lyle (Bernice), and Marvin (Debbie); in-laws Kathleen Dease, Rhoda Dease, Harry Nakano and Duane Hanson, Conrad & Leila Mickelson, Mary Danielson, Clara Mickelson, and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Magnar Mickelson, daughter-in-law Elaine Dease, granddaughter Brandi Dease, her parents, Herman & Alice Dease, siblings Lorence, Harvey, Hilding, Denise, Della, Darlene and in-laws Rose Dease, Louis Kirchner, Harry Schrum.
She will be forever in our hearts!
