Jennifer Nicole McClymont

December 27, 1986 — August 1, 2023

Jennifer Nicole McClymont, beloved daughter, sister, partner, and devoted mother, passed away peacefully in the Wadena Hospital on August 1, 2023. After a courageous battle with cancer, she left this world far too soon. Born on December 27, 1986, at Canora Hospital, she was the cherished daughter of Rick and Colleen McClymont.

Jennifer spent her entire life in Wadena, where she attended school and formed lasting friendships that shaped the person she became. She was known for her kind heart, contagious laughter, and a strong-willed spirit that inspired those around her.

Above all else, Jennifer's greatest joy in life was her four beautiful children: Dakota, Crystal, Braden, and Chantel. They were the center of her universe, and she poured her unconditional love and devotion into their lives every day. She was a wonderful mother, always supporting and nurturing her children to become the best versions of themselves.

Colin, her partner and the father of her children, was her rock and companion through thick and thin. Their love and bond were evident to anyone who knew them, and together, they built a life filled with love and joy.

Jennifer's love for animals knew no bounds, and among her beloved companions, her dog Nova held a special place in her heart. Nova's unwavering loyalty and companionship provided Jennifer with immense comfort. Yet, it wasn't just Nova who held a cherished spot in her heart; Buster and Hulk were also dear to her. The bond she shared with her dogs was unbreakable.  They found so much joy each other's presence.

Family was of utmost importance to Jennifer, and she was particularly close to her mother and baba. She treasured the time spent with them, creating beautiful memories that will forever be cherished by those left behind.

Known for her unwavering determination, Jennifer was never afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she believed in. Jennifer always had the courage to voice her opinions fearlessly. Her determination and resilience were admired by all who knew her, and she approached life with unwavering strength and optimism, even in the face of adversity.

Although she is no longer with us, Jennifer's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her radiant smile, her warmth, and her love will be dearly missed, but her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration.

Jennifer, your departure has left a void in our lives, but we take solace in knowing that you are at peace now. May you rest in eternal serenity until we meet again.

"With the angels, you soar,

In our hearts, you'll live forevermore."

Jennifer is predeceased by her father Rick McClymont (2013); auntie Marguerite Bell (2017); Grandpa "Bopo" Leroy Bell (2001); and grandparents Dave (2008) & Deanne (2014) McClymont.

She is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her spouse Colin Labanowich; children Dakota, Crystal, Braden, and Chantel Labanowich; mother Colleen McClymont; baba Angeline Bell; brother Robert (Kimberly) McClymont; in-laws Kelly and Dolores Labanowich; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
