Lynn Dvernichuk

December 23, 1966 — February 1, 2016

December 23, 1966 - February 1, 2016

Lynn was the youngest of three children born to Russell and Evelyn Dvernichuk (nAC.e Kereluke). Lynn was born at Foam Lake and lived on the family farm in the West Bend area until she finished her schooling in Foam Lake. Upon finishing high school, Lynn attended SIAST in Moose Jaw and Regina, furthering her education and knowledge.
Lynn settled and made her home at Coppersands, Sask. It was here that she became "sister friends" with her best friend Robyn Sabit. It was a friendship and bond that would last for eternity. Robyn's children referred to Lynn as their Aunty Lynn and Lynn was blessed to have them as her extended family. Lynn thought the world of Lance and Lucas.
Lynn managed a retail store in Regina for the past 14 years and her skills shone in her employment. She was respected, loved, liked and admired by each person that encountered her short but purposeful life on this earth for the past 49 years. Not only did she excel in professionalism in her work but her outgoing personality always reflected above and beyond, no matter how tough her day may have been - always with a smile, a laugh and strong leadership skills to manage the store and lead her co-workers with pride and compassion. Lynn always lent a hand to a customer with a young baby. . . . She would offer to look after the baby while the parent browsed. . . . Lynn no doubt had a big heart.
Lynn's number one passion were her niece Kendra Box and her spouse Kyle, and her nephew Kirk Zawislak and his spouse Nancy. They blessed her with a most cherished and precious gift to whom she dedicated time, energy, laughter and all her love - the GIFT of her two great-nephews, Gavin and Cohen, and great-niece Ava. . . and soon-to-be another precious baby. Lynn thanks you with all her heart for sharing and letting her be a major part of their life and being the best Great- Aunty Lynn ever!
Nothing made her happier than being part of the "circle of life."
Lynn's next passion was the "Riders." She never missed a game with her extended family, the Sabits and the Lewises. Nothing could interrupt a game, not even a short text message. She knew the game, players, roster, schedule, the play. Nothing got by her when it came to football and the Riders.
Lynn had a zest to travel, and if God had not summoned her so early in her life, she would have continued. She travelled to western, eastern Canada and Mexico and was planning on revisiting a tropical paradise with her sister-friend Robyn.
Lynn's kindness, outgoing personality and warmth shines through in each person who encountered her life. She was loved by ALL.
Lynn was predeceased by her father Russell on April 8, 2000, and her mother Evelyn, December 28, 2005.
She is survived by her niece Kendra Box, Kyle, Gavin and Cohen; nephew Kirk Zawislak, Nancy and Ava; sister-friend Robyn Sabit, Hill, Lance and Lucas; brother Larry Dvernichuk, Cheryl, Kendra and John; Roman and Bianca and Selby; and sister Darlene Zawislak.
RIP, our Angel Lynn. . . . Our lives are richer in that we shared in your love and life. . . . Love you for eternity . . . . Peace is now with you in God's home with Mom and Dad. Spread your wings and fly . . . forever in our hearts.
