Teena Lipka passed away in her sleep at the hospital in Lloydminster, SK on October 25, 2020, one month after her 93rd birthday. She was born in Wadena, SK on September 17, 1927. Teena was one of seven children to Andrew and Nellie (Anastasia) Manastyrski. Teena and Paul married in Fosston, SK on November 19, 1947. They farmed in Fosston until retiring to Wadena in 1995.

Teena loved tending to her garden and was known for her extensive vegetable garden and her impeccably landscaped flower garden. Over the course of her life, she knitted dozens of beautiful blankets and pillows. She will be remembered for her handmade perogies and cinnamon donuts which she shared lovingly with anyone who came to visit her.

Teena was greeted in heaven by her husband of 50 years Paul (1998), her infant son Peter (1952), and her daughter Loretta Raiter (October 9, 2020).

She left her loved ones: son Richard (Linda), son in-law Joe Raiter, grandchildren Donna Raiter, Calvin Raiter, Mark Raiter, Michael (Christine Dick) Raiter, Chris (Rhonda), Pamela (Won) Nam, Sara, and Jennifer and her great grandchildren Felicia and Aiden (Chris), and Oshean Nam (Pamela), as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
