Willis Ivan Fraser was born to Ancil and Hazel Fraser on July 15, 1929, on a farm west of Lac Vert, Sask. He attended Lewis Lake School. His family later moved east of Spalding where he attended Lake Edward School. They then moved to Dahlton.
From there Willis worked in B.C., Manitoba and his home province, Saskatchewan, as a heavy equipment operator and at various other jobs.
He loved music, playing his guitar with his brother Harry playing the fiddle. He also loved visiting with family and friends.
Willis was predeceased by his parents, Ancil and Hazel Fraser; his brother Harry; four sisters, Dorothy Larson, Patsy Pierce, Lyla Christianson and Maryln Bussiere; common in-law Joyce Kapay, stepson Leon and two infant grandsons.
He leaves to mourn his passing, stepdaughter Renita (Tucker) Syrenne and their family; Kristine (Lyle) Christianson and their families; Leon's grown children and their families, Sonny, Ashley, Keanu, Shelby, Keenan, Albert and Jayden; as well as many nieces and nephews and their families.
